James L. Paulk
Acting Chair and Member of the Board
Jimmy currently works as Annual Giving Officer with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, after a career as an owner of insurance agencies in New York and Atlanta. His avocation has long been music criticism, including an 8-year stint as classical critic for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He served two terms as a member of the Georgia State Senate, where he helped create and co-chaired the state’s first legislative committee on the arts. He has been involved with the CCO for more than 30 years.
Treasurer and Member of the Board
Shirley is a graduate of Boston Latin Academy and Harvard University. Formerly a successful equities and derivatives trader, market maker and specialist on the American Stock Exchange and Pacific Exchange, she is currently an active entrepreneur, inventor, e-commerce owner, supporter of the arts, and seasonal interviewer for the Harvard Admissions Office.
Secretary and Member of the Board
Jonah earned his doctorate in Classical Archaeology at Oxford (St. John’s College) and his AB in Classics from Brown. He has taught for the faculties of Classics and Archaeology at Oxford and teaches currently for the faculties of Art History and Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He is also senior cataloguer at Pryor-Johnson Rare Books, ABAA/ILAB.
Marti Berg Ritto
Member of the Board
Marti is a veteran tech advisor who specializes in online product strategy and development. She spent a decade in academic publishing for Addison-Wesley Publishing, Pearson Education, and Harcourt General. Following this she spent another decade working in Silicon Valley in Technical Product development for the likes of Kensington, Yahoo Inc. and Google. Most recently she served as an elected trustee for the RSF School Board for 8 years. In addition, Marti is a proud member of AGMA, AEA and SAG-AFTRA.
