Shirley Woo

Treasurer and Member of the Board

Shirley is a graduate of Boston Latin Academy and Harvard University. Formerly a successful equities and derivatives trader, market maker and specialist on the American Stock Exchange and Pacific Exchange, she is currently an active entrepreneur, inventor, e-commerce owner, supporter of the arts, and seasonal interviewer for the Harvard Admissions Office.

Jonah Rosenberg

Secretary and Member of the Board

Jonah earned his doctorate in Classical Archaeology at Oxford (St. John’s College) and his AB in Classics from Brown. He has taught for the faculties of Classics and Archaeology at Oxford and teaches currently for the faculties of Art History and Architecture at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He is also senior cataloguer at Pryor-Johnson Rare Books, ABAA/ILAB.

James L. Paulk

Member of the Board

Jimmy currently works as Annual Giving Officer with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, after a career as an owner of insurance agencies in New York and Atlanta. His avocation has long been music criticism, including an 8-year stint as classical critic for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He served two terms as a member of the Georgia State Senate, where he helped create and co-chaired the state’s first legislative committee on the arts. He has been involved with the CCO for more than 30 years. 

Audrey Fauvel

Member of the Board

After 20 years in the Financial services industry, Audrey decided to create her own company specialized in business development and talent management. She also co-founded few startups and is a Non-Executive board member as well as Chair of an Advisory board for a Fintech company where she shares her 20 years of successful corporate experience. She has worked in many regions and countries around the world which plays into her passion for exploring new cultures, fostering diversity of thought and mentoring junior people.

Corinne Nevinny

Member of the Board

Corinne Nevinny is an investment banker and a fervent opera connoisseur. In her career, she was CFO of biotech company Tularik and Edwards Lifesciences, where subsequently assumed the role of President of Global Operations and GM of the CardioVascular Division. Corinne currently serves as the chair of the audit committee of Insulet Corporation, is on the Board of The Call to Unite and a member of the Black Economic Alliance.

Kenneth Overton

Member of the Board

Kenneth is a virtuoso baritone singing leading roles at some of the greatest opera houses across the world.Kenneth is a 2020 Grammy Award Winning artist for the title role in The Naxos Label Recording of Richard Danielpour’s, The Passion of Yeshua with the Buffalo Philharmonic conducted by JoAnn Falletta. This fall Kenneth will make his Metroplitan Opera Debut in the Grammy Award Winning Production of Porgy and Bess as Lawyer Frazier.
